1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.aquaveins.com and purchases of products or services from AquaVeins LLP. By using the website, submitting an order or approving a quotation, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, product listing and any written quotation or project agreement.
If a signed quotation or project agreement contains a specific term that conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written term applies to that project, except that no term limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Seller information
India seller: AquaVeins LLP, LLP No. ADB-1141, registered office [[INSERT FULL REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]], email [[INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL]], telephone +91 6238041639, GSTIN [[INSERT GSTIN, IF APPLICABLE]].

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you order for a business, school, institution or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that customer.
4. Website information and availability
We try to keep product descriptions, dimensions, capacities, prices, photographs and availability accurate. Images may be illustrative, and colour, finish, plant appearance and minor fabrication tolerances may vary. We may correct genuine errors before accepting an order and will give you the option to proceed on corrected terms or receive a refund if payment was taken.
Website content is general information and is not agronomic, engineering, electrical, structural or safety advice for a specific site. A site inspection or written design approval may be required before installation.
5. Products, quotations and custom work
Standard products are items sold without customer-specific fabrication. Custom products include systems made, cut, configured, branded or finished to your measurements, site, crop plan, aesthetic requirements or approved design.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and may specify scope, exclusions, payment milestones, fabrication time, installation conditions and warranty. Custom production begins after the required advance payment and design or specification approval. Changes requested after production starts may increase price and delivery time.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an online order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. We accept an order when we issue a confirmation or invoice, begin approved custom production, or dispatch the product. We may reject or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, legal restrictions or inability to complete the requested work. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled portion.
7. Prices, currency, taxes and import charges
The applicable price is shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation. Prices may be displayed in INR, MVR or another stated currency. The checkout or quotation will state whether taxes, packing, shipping and installation are included. Maldives customers are responsible for customs duty, import tax, permits, clearance fees and local charges unless the order expressly states that these are included.
8. Payment
Payment may be collected through UPI/Razor Pay, bank transfer or another method shown at checkout or in the quotation. Payment services are operated by third parties and may apply their own terms. An order may be held until cleared funds, required advance payment and any fraud checks are complete. You must not make a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith; contact us first so we can investigate.
9. Delivery, title and risk
Delivery is governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Ownership transfers after full payment. Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers when the order is delivered to you or your authorised recipient, subject to rights you may have for transit damage or non-conforming goods under applicable consumer law.
10. Installation and site responsibilities
You must provide accurate measurements, safe access, a stable installation area and any landlord, building, electrical, plumbing or local approvals required for the site.
You must provide suitable water, drainage, power, ventilation, light or shade and environmental conditions specified for the system.
Unless expressly included, civil works, waterproofing, structural reinforcement, major electrical or plumbing work, shade-house work and regulatory approvals are excluded.
Additional visits or work caused by inaccurate information, unsafe access, incomplete site preparation or customer-requested changes may be charged separately after notice.
Do not operate pumps, lights, humidifiers or electrical components in unsafe conditions. Follow all manuals, nutrient instructions, maintenance schedules and safety warnings.
11. Growing results and customer maintenance
Hydroponic performance depends on crop selection, seed quality, water quality, nutrient concentration, pH, temperature, humidity, light, pests, disease, electricity, cleaning and daily maintenance. AquaVeins does not promise a particular yield, growth rate, harvest date, crop survival or commercial profit unless a signed agreement expressly provides a measurable guarantee. This does not limit responsibility for a defective product or service.
12. Product warranty and defects
Any warranty period and coverage will be stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or manufacturer warranty. Unless stated otherwise, warranties cover verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use and do not cover normal wear, consumables, plants, seeds, nutrient depletion, mineral deposits, pest or disease loss, accident, unauthorised modification, improper cleaning, voltage fluctuation, dry-running pumps, unsuitable water or nutrient use, or failure to follow instructions.
If goods are defective, unsafe, materially different from their description or otherwise fail mandatory consumer standards, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include inspection, repair, replacement, refund or compensation. The exclusion of change-of-mind returns for custom goods does not remove these rights.
13. Returns, cancellations and refunds
The Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Standard unused products may be returned within seven calendar days subject to that Policy. Custom, fabricated and installed systems are not returnable for change of mind, but statutory remedies remain available for verified defects or failure to match the agreed specification.
14. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website for unlawful activity. We may restrict access and report suspected unlawful conduct.
15. Intellectual property
The AquaVeins name, branding, website text, photographs, illustrations, product designs, quotations, manuals and other materials are owned by or licensed to AquaVeins and protected by applicable law. You may use website content only for personal evaluation or an authorised purchase. No licence to reproduce, manufacture, resell or commercially exploit our content or designs is granted unless agreed in writing.
16. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on payment, communication, mapping, analytics, social-media or delivery services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or systems, but this clause does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on AquaVeins for its own sale or chosen service providers.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, unsafe goods or mandatory product-liability obligations. To the extent permitted by law, AquaVeins is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, crop loss or business interruption caused by factors outside its reasonable control or by misuse, poor maintenance, unsuitable site conditions or failure to follow instructions. Where a monetary limitation is legally permitted, our aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, strike, transport interruption, customs delay, port congestion, government action, import restriction, shortage, power disruption or supplier failure. We will communicate material delays and use reasonable efforts to reduce their impact. This clause does not permit us to retain payment indefinitely for goods or services we cannot supply.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with territorial jurisdiction over Kannur District, Kerala will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum, ombudsman or statutory jurisdiction available to the customer. Maldives customers retain any non-excludable rights and complaint mechanisms applicable to supplies made in Maldives.
20. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms accepted for an existing order will not be materially changed without agreement unless required by law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
